Cancellation Policy at Mr. Jay Studio

At Mr. Jay Studio, we strive to provide the best learning experience for all our students. To ensure fairness and consistency, we have established the following class cancellation policy:

 

  1. Cancellation by Mr. Jay Studio If Mr. Jay Studio cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances (such as technical issues or instructor unavailability), students will be notified promptly via email or the designated course communication platform. A rescheduled class will be offered at a convenient time for all students, or a recording of the session will be provided if rescheduling is not possible.
  2. Cancellation by the Student Students needing to cancel their participation in a scheduled class must notify Mr. Jay Studio at least 24 hours in advance, either by email or through the following page: https://misterjaystudio.com/es/book-your-classes/. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice allow students to reschedule the class at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  3. Late Cancellation or No-Show Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice or not attending without prior notice will be considered a “late cancellation” or “no-show.” In such cases, a rescheduling fee equivalent to 50% of the original class cost will apply, payable before rescheduling.
  4. Emergency Situations We understand emergencies happen. If a student faces an emergency preventing attendance, it’s recommended to contact Mr. Jay Studio as soon as possible to discuss the situation. Depending on the nature of the emergency, Mr. Jay Studio may waive the rescheduling fee at their discretion.
  5. Refunds No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. However, students facing multiple absences due to valid reasons may contact Mr. Jay Studio to explore potential adjustments.
  6. Rescheduling Process To reschedule a missed class, students must contact Mr. Jay Studio via email or the designated communication platform. Rescheduled classes will be arranged based on instructor and student availability.
