Payment Retention: The payment is retained for 7 days after the transaction to allow for the scheduling of the first classes. If the customer decides not to continue during this period, the payment can be refunded at the end of that same month.

Refund Request Period: After making the payment, the customer has 7 days to request a refund. The refund will be 50% of the amount paid and will be processed at the end of the current month. After the 7-day period, no refund will be issued.

Refunds After the Course Begins: Once the course has started, no refund requests will be accepted.

Course Transfer: If the customer is unable to take the course, they may transfer it to another person. An email must be sent explaining the reason and providing the details of the person who will take the course.

Course Start: The course starts with the first class that the customer takes. For example, if the customer pays on August 2nd and the first class is on August 8th, the month of classes is counted from August 8th.

Class Cancellation and Rescheduling: Classes can only be canceled and rescheduled in the event of a domestic calamity or for medical reasons, with prior notice. Classes will not be rescheduled for other reasons.

Course Pause: The course may be paused if the customer is unable to continue. The pause request must be made before the course ends, and the customer has one month to resume and complete the course.

Platform Access: The customer has 6 months to access and review the course on the platform. After this period, access will be closed unless a new month is paid to continue.

- Full Refund: Students are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their enrollment at least 7 days before the start date of the course.
- Partial Refund: If a student cancels their enrollment within 7 days but at least 24 hours before the start date of the course, they are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued if a student cancels their enrollment less than 24 hours before the start date of the course or after the course has commenced.
